For Example i had made shortcut for "Notepad" so that i can open it instantly when ever i am browsing the web and i want to note something.Now lets jump to the tutorial:-

• Select any program you want from desktop. and right click.

• Now chose properties and open shortcuts tab.

• Now where it says shortcut key just enter that key that you want to be shortcut like i use "c" for chrome.

Now it will automatically make shortcut "CTRL + ALT + C"
